📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the store.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of basic accounting and financial management principles.
