Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle all front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Manage guest reservations and room assignments.,Provide information about the hotel and its amenities to guests.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist with other front office tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with computer systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
