📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to streamline the distribution workflow.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demands.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular site visits to monitor distribution activities and address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities and transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and distribution management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution challenges is a plus.
