📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform quantity take-offs and material costing for construction projects using AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and cost estimates.
• Analyze project costs and identify opportunities to optimize pricing and profitability.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely cost projections.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry standards to improve cost analysis processes.
• Assist in the development of tender documents and cost proposals.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to verify project costs and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
