📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and mentor a team of assistant store managers and staff.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle inventory management and stock control.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of the store's marketing and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.,Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
