MEPFS Engineer - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection Systems

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems.
• Conduct detailed design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEPFS systems.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of MEPFS systems through regular inspections and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ensure timely and accurate project documentation and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Certification in MEPFS design and coordination (e.g., NCIDQ, BICSI, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience with project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
