📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide timely and efficient customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support.
  • Train and mentor junior customer support staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer support strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
