📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
