📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.
  • Train and supervise junior lab technicians to ensure high-quality work.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in research and development activities to improve laboratory processes.
  • Document and report laboratory findings and results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid professional certification or license in laboratory work.
