In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning content using industry-standard tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop interactive and engaging digital learning content using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and visuals to support the development of digital learning content.
• Test and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning content.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.
• Assist in the development of learning management systems and other digital learning solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital learning content development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital learning principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
