📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic development and sustainable management of emerging energy resources.
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative resource management solutions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and social responsibility standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.
• Monitor and report on resource development projects, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Green Horizon Energy at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in resource development, with a proven track record in renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks and environmental laws.
• Proficiency in GIS software and resource assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
