📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and maintain food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.
