📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.,Lead a team of tax consultants and ensure they deliver high-quality services to clients.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and development opportunities for the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.,Prepare and present tax reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of tax services.,Participate in business development activities to attract and retain clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or ATT.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
