📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccinations and other preventive healthcare services.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in providing care to patients with chronic illnesses is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
