BESMINDO is seeking a dedicated Production Planning & Control Specialist to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and control, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The position is based in Bali, with opportunities to work in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of production orders.,Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and control.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
