📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
