📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to the management team
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants
  • Handle and resolve accounting inquiries and issues
  • Prepare and manage the budgeting process
  • Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and payments

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian
