📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Assist with the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote sales and special offers to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Assist with the training and development of junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Proven ability to work as part of a team and individually.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
