📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Maserati showroom in Canggu, Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, including new and used vehicles, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing obsolescence.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Train and mentor sales consultants, service advisors, and mechanics to uphold the Maserati brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing showroom operations.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related operations management discipline is a plus.
• Passion for the luxury automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
