📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records using QuickBooks and other financial software.
• Reconcile accounts payable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and matched.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating payment terms and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to management.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices to maintain compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and other financial software.
