You'll work closely with our team to understand job requirements and translate them into effective job postings and search strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across different industries
• Creating and managing job postings on various job boards and career portals
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to qualify candidates
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts
• Providing regular updates on the status of candidate searches to the recruitment team
• Assisting with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of recruitment projects
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of talent acquisition processes and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with job boards and career portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor)
