📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and care managers.

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in patient care and quality assurance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, care planning, or a similar role.
• Certification in healthcare quality assurance (e.g., Certified in Healthcare Quality, Certified Quality Improvement Professional) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the UK.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this remote role.
