📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and maintenance for Quadratech's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize IT solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system diagrams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the IT systems.
• Work in a flexible, project-based environment, with opportunities for both remote and onsite work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role.
• Proficient in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
