📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee corporate legal affairs, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and legal matters, providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements, ensuring they are accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies to address legal issues and concerns.
• Stay informed about legal developments and industry trends, applying this knowledge to our business operations.
• Ensure all legal processes and procedures are in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on legal matters and compliance issues.
• Represent the company in legal matters, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal affairs, corporate compliance, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Proficient in using legal databases, case management systems, and compliance tracking software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
