📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to regional management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with regional management to implement and execute strategic initiatives that enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, with a proven track record in leadership and team management.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle Retail, or similar systems.
• Certified in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
