📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze cost data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Excel and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and present cost reports to the finance team and management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure cost-effective supplies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide support to the finance team during audits and financial reviews.
• Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in cost control or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of sustainable farming practices is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
